Accommodation

Accommodation consists of the lounge, kitchen, diner, double bedroom, shower room and toilet. The kitchen has a fan assisted double oven and cooker, a fridge freezer, microwave and equipped with various utensils.

The lounge room has an LCD TV, DVD player and radio, the whole flor space is carpeted and the central heating is oil-fueled. The bedroom has a digital TV bedroom furnished with cabinets and wardrobe. Linen, pillow and towels are available and have been provided for you, extra linen can be provided on request.

The French patio doors open out on the patio and terraced garden, the terrace garden has a number of ornamental pieces for decor but the scenery from the terrace is very impressive.

Little Bodmin is separated from the main house, it has its own entrance and parking space, it is not suitable for children, and is a no smoking area

No pets are allowed, however there are exceptions contact us for further details. There is no extra cost involved for the heating water and electrical this is included in the rental.
